Shipments and returns
Shipments:
Packages are generally sent within 2 days after receipt of payment. DoS ships via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery requiring signature, additional costs will apply, so please contact us. We will provide you with a link to track your package online, regardless of shipping method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and shipping materials fees are fixed. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. DoS advises you to group your items in one order. We generally cannot join separate orders and discount shipping.
Special care is taken to protect fragile objects, boxes are amply sized and items are well-protected with cushioned materials.
Foreign Shipments:
Contact us via our "Contact Us" page for a quote on foreign shipping and handling.
Returns:
If any item arrives damaged in shipment, please email via our Contact Page or call us at (404) 433-2452 for return number. Do not send damaged shipments back to DoS without first receiving a return number.
